Blaise Pascale, MD

Blaise Pascale is a Major in the US Army Medical Corps, currently stationed in Fort Carson, CO. He
completed his undergraduate training at the University of Notre Dame, a Master’s in Public Health at Drexel University, and an MD at Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences.

He completed his internship at Walter Reed National Military Center (WRNMMC), served as a General Medical Officer in Korea, and then a 3 year residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at WRNMMC. He previously served as the medical director of an Intrepid Spirit Center in Fort Campbell, KY providing outpatient evaluation of acute and chronic musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain, along with traumatic brain injury and PTSD. He currently works as a physician within an Integrated Pain Management Center at Evans Army Community Hospital providing evaluations and interventional pain management procedures for active duty servicemembers.
