Dr. Mark Sakr is a dual board–certified physician in family and sports medicine, having earned thedegree of Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice. He currently serves as Head Team Physician and Associated Director of Athletic Medicine forUniversity of Arizona Athletics, as well as the Medical Director for USA Rugby. He has experience as an Assistant Professor at University of Pittsburgh and Duke University Medical Centers. He was a consulting physician at the UPMCConcussion Center, Associate team physician for the NHL’s Carolina Hurricanes, Head TeamPhysician at Georgia State and Robert Morris Universities. He recently served as Director of PrimaryCare Sports Medicine and Sports Medicine Fellowship Director at Northside Hospitals in Atlanta
